Mini-split repair and cleaning
We repair ductless systems that won't heat in the cold, drip water, show blinking error lights, ice up or smell musty. We service Mitsubishi, Daikin and Fujitsu.
A real deep cleaning takes the indoor head apart far enough to clean the blower wheel, coil and drain pan, not just the filters. Leaks are found and repaired, not just topped off, and refrigerant work is done to EPA 608 requirements, including newer A2L refrigerants.

Mini-split questions
Why is my mini-split not heating in cold weather?
Often dirty filters, an outdoor unit blocked by snow or leaves, a refrigerant leak or a sensor fault. Steam from the outdoor unit in winter is the normal defrost cycle.
Why is water dripping from the indoor unit?
Usually a clogged drain line or pan, or a dirty coil. A deep cleaning often fixes it.
