Rooftop units, boilers and maintenance
We repair and maintain gas and electric rooftop and package units at restaurants, shops, offices and other small commercial buildings: no heat, no cooling, belts, blower and fan motors, economizers, controls and thermostats. We also service commercial, combi and wall-hung boilers and domestic water tanks, and we bring large commercial & industrial experience to bigger buildings.
Preventive maintenance visits cover filters and belts, coil cleaning, condensate drains, the gas heat safety check and economizer operation. Managing several buildings? Call once with the list of sites and units. Visits are set by phone and invoiced after the work. Commercial maintenance is quoted separately: call for a quote.

Twice a year is common: before the heating season and before the cooling season.
What do you need to quote preventive maintenance?
The number of units, approximate sizes if you know them, the type of heat (gas or electric), and how we get onto the roof.
