What we repair
BURNERS, BOILERS & THE PARTS AROUND THEM
Most no-heat calls come down to one part: a nozzle or filter, an ignitor, a cad cell, a circulator, a zone valve or a control. We test before we replace, and we tell you what failed and why.
Oil equipment runs cleaner with a yearly cleaning, and our $99 residential tune-up covers a full evaluation at a flat rate, with no extra charge for tune-up time. Parts and repairs only with your approval. If your boiler is near the end of its life, we'll tell you plainly and explain both options.
Safety: if you smell gas or a carbon monoxide alarm goes off, get everyone out and call 911 or the gas utility from outside.

Boiler questions
My oil burner locked out. Should I keep pressing reset?
Press reset once at most. Repeated resets can flood the chamber with oil. If it locks out again, call us.
Do I need a contract with my oil company?
No. Peak Mechanical is an independent HVAC company and doesn't sell oil, so you can call us whoever delivers your fuel.
Do you service gas boilers too?
Yes. We work on oil and gas boilers, including combi and wall-hung boilers.
